Interesting how politicians say we must reduce our reliance on the United States for our exports. The government is working to make that happen and we have the NDP who decide they oppose this particular free trade agreement and will prevent it from passing. So much for them caring about people sitting around their kitchen table. More trade means more jobs. Iam surprised at the Liberal party not supporting the government on this particular issue. I know the government of Columbia has its issues but if we engage them we have a better chance of positively influencing them rather than ignoring them.
